Dal 1962, Caprioli mette a disposizione dei clienti le proprie moderne attrezzature per la fusione e la lavorazione dell’alluminio e delle leghe leggere.  La sede dell’azienda è in Via Gorizia, 20 a Fagnano Olona, in provincia di Varese.

Since 1962, Caprioli has  provided its customers with its modern equipment for melting and processing aluminum and light alloys. 

From the opening, the company has distinguished itself for the competence of the staff, the excellence of 

the work, the modernity of the work processes and the attention to the needs and requests of the 

customers. 

Caprioli deals with the production of aluminum castings of various shapes and sizes, related to the 

industrial sector, with sand or earth forming. 

Our products are carefully deburred and sandblasted at the end of processing. 

All products are supplied within the time agreed in the contract and with the estimated costs. 

The company is on the market with the ability to supply castings of various aluminum alloys 

with "green" earth molding and silicate sand. We serve the most diverse sectors of industry 

(mechanical, electromechanical, textile, food and shipbuilding) with differentiated solutions for 

every need. Thanks to the technology in our equipment, we can perform any heat treatments 

(tempering, solubilization, artificial aging). 

Thanks to the use of a well-sized structure, we can reach 4 meters in diameter in the 

construction of flanges, pulleys, rings of various types up to a maximum weight of 9 quintals 

(raw casting). For better customer satisfaction to which we address our services, we can make 

castings for medium and medium-large parts. 

We also appeal to those who need to manufacture models in wood and resin.

 La société est sur le marché avec la capacité de fournir des pièces moulées en divers alliages 

d’aluminium avec du moulage à la terre "verte" et du sable silicaté. Nous servons les secteurs 

les plus divers de l'industrie (mécanique, électromécanique, textile, alimentaire et construction 

navale) avec des solutions différenciées pour tous les besoins. Grâce à la technologie de nos 

équipements, nous pouvons effectuer tous les traitements thermiques (revenu, solubilisation, 

vieillissement artificiel). 

Grâce à l'utilisation d'une structure optimisée, nous pouvons atteindre 4 mètres de diamètre 

dans la construction de brides, poulies, anneaux de différents types jusqu'à un poids maximal 

de 9 quintaux (première coulée). Pour une meilleure satisfaction de nos clients, nous pouvons 

fabriquer des pièces moulées pour des articles de petite et moyenne taille. 

Nous faisons également appel à ceux qui ont besoin de fabriquer des modèles en bois et en 

résine.
